Please read the following carefully.

1.) We understand that this is a cooperative and abundance based networking event for ALL networking groups, Chambers of Commerce, members of ALL networking groups and chambers, ALL networkers, individuals and businesses and familiar to networking.

2.) We understand that the cost to present our networking group or chamber at this even is FREE, but that we mst register in advance and networking groups/chambers are limited to 20.

3.) We understand that we will have a display table to promote our networking group or chamber for the purposes of attracting new members and adviseing attendees on the unique advantages of our organization.

4.) We understand we many have no more than two representatives at our display area and they will have free admission to the event.

5.) We agree to promote this event to all of our members and usual press releases to contribute to the massive success of this event and to celebrate networking in the biggest way possible.

6.) Free Networking International will promote this event and all registered networking groups on the www.FreeNetworkingInternational.com web site, and in frequent email promotion and press releases.

7.) We understand that even though Free Networking International is the organizer of this event, Free Networking International will not have more exposure at this event (just one table/display area and banners as allowed by the venue like any other registered networking group or chamber).

8.) We understand that there will be no business promotion or sponsorship display at this event, ONLY NETWORKING GROUPS and CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE will have display space. Members or representatives of networking groups and chambers are not allowed to promote their individual businesses at their display area. We agree to do our best to ensure this event promotes networking and networking groups ONLY. (Of course individuals and businesses networking are allowed to promote their businesses to each other through individual networking. This IS a networking event!)
